From the moment Christy reached out to me to photograph their wedding day, I instantly knew we were a good fit – everything about the way she talked about Tyler and their love story, their wedding plans, all of the little details she included…all of this reassured me we were going to be a match made in heaven! 

Once it was finally engagement session time for these two, my love for them grew even more! Seeing the way Tyler loves and adores Christy and how absolutely giddy he makes her was freakin’ adorable to watch and so much fun to photograph! Fortunately enough, we got super lucky with warmer weather at the end of January – which worked out perfectly for us since Christy was worried about freezing, being from Florida and all 😉 The beach vibes gave us everything we needed! 

And ya’ll already know I was over the moon excited when I heard barking coming from their vehicle when they pulled in – little miss Daisy was so stinkin’ precious and wanted to jump in the water so so badly. I kind of felt bad from having to keep her out of it haha. I was low key pitching Daisy to be a member of the bridal party for their special day because selfishly, I just LOVE dogs and think Daisy would love nothing more than to see her mommy and daddy get married. 

P.S. – there are some amazing companies out there like Furever Always, who will come on your wedding day to watch and care for your puppas so you don’t have to worry about it! I mean, it really doesn’t get much better than that.

Christy and Tyler are having an intimate wedding on the water in Huntingtown and I cannot wait to meet all of their friends and family. I have no doubt we’ll all be dancing the night away together! Until then, I’m so excited to share some of my favorites from our time together!
