There’s something pretty special about celebrating an engagement with your toes in the water, a little sunshine, and plenty of time to just enjoy being together. 

Lauren + Kevin met me at Newtowne Neck Park for their engagement session, and we had the sweetest evening wandering the beach, frolicking around, dipping our toesies in the water, and snuggling up together in the sand.

The weather was definitely toasty, but it was absolutely beautiful, and I loved that we were able to slow down and really enjoy our time at the beach. No rushing around, just the two of them soaking up this season of being engaged.

Before their session, I asked Lauren + Kevin to choose three words that describe their relationship. They chose love, communication, and trust.

And honestly? I couldn’t have picked three better words after spending this time with them.

Once I had them in front of my camera, I got to see so much of those things naturally. The way they communicate with each other, the way they trust one another, and the genuine love and comfort they share were so evident in all the little moments between them.

These two are getting married in April 2027, and after getting to spend this evening with them, I am even more excited to celebrate their wedding day!

Lauren + Kevin, I hope you soak up every bit of this season. I’m so honored to be the one documenting it with you, and I absolutely cannot wait for the next chapter.
