Throwing it back to Lucas + Haley’s gorgeous Southern Maryland maternity session! If you missed my blog post from Monday then I’ll bring you up to speed…I met up with Lucas + Haley back in January. I’ve been working on a rebrand that put my blogging to a temporary halt until everything went live. Welp, it’s live and now I’m playing a little game of catch-up!

Let’s rewind back to middle school where I was the new kid on the block, 8th grade, brand new school, brand new people and I. was. terrified. Lucas was actually one of the first friends I made at Margaret Brent Middle School. Of course after high school we drifted off as most young kids do, but we remained friends on social media over the last couple of years. When I saw Lucas + Haley were expecting I instantly became so so happy for them both – I knew these guys were meant for each other seeing all of the beautiful things they would share, you could just tell how much they adored each other.

Fast forward to 2019 and Lucas reached out to me to schedule a maternity session for him and his sweet honey bee. And ya’ll let me tell you, the moment I saw these two together you could just feel the love radiating off of them! Which is why it was so hard to narrow down my favorites! This beautiful momma gave birth to their precious baby girl, Scarlet on March 13th! I am so excited to share their maternity session on the blog!
