Carissa + Brenton are one of my 2019 couples getting married in August! I’ve known the two of them for a couple of years now and they never cease to make me laugh, and I mean like really really laugh. Their humor is something I admire so much! So when Carissa reached out to me to schedule their family session when her dad came home from Dubai I was super excited to meet the people responsible for creating this hilarious human! As expected, her entire family was a trip to work with, I felt like I had already known them for many years and there was not a single dull moment. We explored Leonardtown Wharf for a while and worked our way up through old town until we ended our session near the court house, which is where they decided to end it with a funny one. Without hesitation, they jumped on the canon and pretended Carissa was about to shoot off. I couldn’t handle it haha I feel like I only got a taste of what type of shenanigans will occur on their wedding day. Which just makes me that much more excited to dive into it with them!
